The objective for the Laneway Feature Home is to create an inspiring, modern & functional housing option that addresses the growing issue of affordability and practicality for Vancouver residents. This stunning feature is to be built by Alair Homes, promoted by Homes & Living magazine and designed by Gaile Guevara. With the generous support of a large number of suppliers, trades and vendors alike, we look to create this modular home that will be built off site, dismantled and reassembled onsite for the duration of the show.
