An ocean-front Deep Cove property in North Saanich has a newly finished 4,900-square-foot, three storey home that contractor/designer Chris Walker describes as a “showpiece of beauty and craftmanship.” The house has warmth and depth, incorporating some West Coast features too, such as exposed beams. Douglas Fir trees were milled from the property to build fireplace mantles, beams and outside columns. The siding on the house includes K2 Stones Ocean Mist & Natural Ledgestone complementing the cedar shingles.
Other products used throughout the home were cut Ocean Pearl Tile in the entrance, around the pool and in the wine cellar.
